We ship with GLS, DHL and Rohlig SUUS. The shipping options and costs available for your order are shown at checkout before you buy.

Shipping costs

Delivery to Germany is free, with no minimum order value. For other destinations, the cost is calculated from your order and delivery address and shown before purchase.

Handling and delivery time

Orders received by 12:00 noon Polish local time are prepared for dispatch on the same business day when goods are in stock and payment is confirmed. Transit after dispatch: Germany 1–2 business days; the rest of the EU usually 3–4 business days. Bulky items and freight deliveries may take longer.

Tracking

After dispatch, you receive a tracking link. It is also available with the order in your customer account.

Transport damage

Check your delivery for visible damage when it arrives. If it is damaged, send photos to shop@american-parts.eu.
